I was notified by UPS Sure Post that my package had been delivered at 3:46PM.  It was not.  I was home and expecting it so was checking periodically to,see if it had arrived. My regular mail had come, but no package.  I called this post office because it is the one for my zip code and the woman who answered told me that they didn't serve my area.  Really??  I'm almost close enough to walk, yet you don't serve my area??  She proceeded to give me two numbers to call in an effort to locate my package.  Of course, neither number was answered and went into voicemail and I've still not received a call back. Anyone wanna make book on them ever returning my call?  LOL!

TERRIBLE!!! I've mostly got my mail from here with no problem until one day they marked my package as " refused by receiver " but I never received it! When I emailed, they said occasionally the post office doesn't handle mail correctly. But at the same time they also blamed me for it and didn't solve the issue. When I called, they said they don't deliver to my zip code. THAT MAKES NO SENSE. I share the same zip code with them. Plus why would the delivery service leave it at that location if they don't deliver to my zip code? Anyways they gave me a new number to call, but that number is from a different zip code. I lost money from this bullshit

This post office doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. They are so nasty and unprofessional it's disgusting.

They have horrible customer service! They almost never answer they're phone and when they do they're always rude. When they lose your packages they don't care.
