Not too bad with the custumer service

I came here at 11am and had to wait in line until 2:30pm because apparently they take an hour break from 12:30 to 1:30pm. They only have 3 people taking care of customer issues.

Go to any other IRS office, long wait and slow process

I got there at 12:30 and they said they were closed for an hour. What business closes just because it's lunch time. Rotate staff so you have coverage. Ridiculous.
