If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Have lost several packages of mine, always pass the blame elsewhere and are never helpful in resolving the issues they create. One package they lost was valued over 2000$ and still no care. Not to mention how its impossible to get anyone to answer the phone over there. AVOID MAILING though this office at all cost.

The service at this branch is beyond ridiculous.  I wish I could give a 0.  I've been told I have to make an appointment for a passport, yet they NEVER answer the phone. I been trying repeatedly for days. It always rings until a busy signal.  Eventually it's just a busy line.  I'm assuming that someone got tired of hearing it ring and just took it off the hook.  How about doing the job my tax dollars pay for.  Not everyone has a job where they can ignore their work, so I can't just drop everything to stop in.  ANSWER YOUR PHONE! DO YOUR JOB!

This is the WORST post office. The staff is rude and have no desire to help anyone whatsoever. I have been in there three times to get my name changed on my passport and have yet to do so successfully. Apparently taking a photo for a passport is a very involved process that not just your average Joe can do. But of course you never know if the fully trained qualified photographer is going to be there because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get them to answer the phone when you call. Its a shame they are so incompetent, I work in downtown New Albany and this location is just a short walk for me. I will avoid it from now on.

I tried to work here. Worst experience ever. Start out at a different post office and wish I had never transferred. Management is ridiculous, actually gave me the wrong route of travel my first day. An outdated version. Acted as though I was the problem. Then they didn't even pay me for 10.45 hours. Argued with me for 4 months! Finally admitted they paid the regular route girl and took another 2 months to only pay me the 8 hours they had paid her. I was still within my 90 days so I should have gotten all of my pay. 6 months for them to short me.  Idiots. What a waste of my time and the training that took weeks, including a week stay out of town they paid for. I wouldn't trust this post office with my neighbor's dog.

No one never answer the phone not everyone their bad service their the post matter is so busy he don't have time to help anyone.i have been waiting over week and you call and the line just stay busy all the time..Why have phone that no one pick up..
