If I could give 0 stars I would - I was promised delivery on a time critical item for 2 day delivery and it was delivered 5 days after I dropped it off. Called to discuss regarding a refund and was refused any payment in return for the lack of service received. If you are going to mail something I would use FedEx or UPS as they are the only companies capable of delivery mail in a timely manner.

This place is an absolute pit. I was supposed to have a package delivered a month ago and it is no where to be found after multiple visits to the post office. There was an older gentleman who said he would help me on the last time I was there and I gave him my address so he could go look for it and was back within 30 seconds saying it wasn't there but on a pallet out for delivery. After I re-explained to him that it was transferred over from UPS (not my choice) and that whomever the delivery driver was never left me a slip with what to do to get it, he tried to tell me it was all UPS' fault and that there is no way one of them wouldn't leave a slip. The sender told me it would be transferred back to them on the 10th of this month and just my luck, they still haven't received it so I can't get my refund. Absolutely horrendous customer service and utter stupidity.
