our mail man is very rude to both me & my husband. He also shoves our mail into our box to where its near impossible to get out. He damaged our item and he doesnt even care if it sticks a foot outside the box. I have even cut my finger trying to get my item out. We have given him numerous opportunities to be nice & do his job appropriately.  My husband and I both are completely fed up!!

Called to ask about a package that says it was delivered but was not in my mailbox. The staff member I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. She tracked the place where the package was scanned and sent out the carrier to double check where he placed it (the carrier was a substitute). All-in-all a very pleasant experience!

I receive the imagination station books for my daughter. I have had a book left on the ground next to my mailbox, one crammed in so tight that the mail carrier (after I left a note complaining that I could not even get it out of my mailbox) ripped it out and destroyed the binding, one book left balancing on the open door of my mailbox with all my mail inside, and the most recent book bent in half and ruined. I have gone four times with photo proof of the terrible service , to no avail. Apparently as a mail carrier there are no repercussions for doing a terrible job.

Federal holiday supposed to be recognized on Monday so should be mail delivery on Saturday. Oh, that's right... No more rain, sleet, or snow, the Feds only work when they desire. Oh, and they are taking Monday also. Nothing like taking 2 days for one holiday. UPS and Fed Express are best bets. They have prompt and efficient delivery. This is why Postal Service loses  money. You would think they would try keep up with competition better. Pathetic! Smh

My amazon orders all say *PUT ON FRONT PORCH* for the name.  I have called and complained 5 times about them leaving it in the rain and they don't seem to care.
