Constantly changing route drivers. Ours is lazy and refuses to pick up mail if we have none to go in our box. Tried talking with the post master about this, that was no help. Can't ever find a phone number to the actual Dandridge Post Office. They need to get it together, the moto of the U.S.P.S. about going through rain, snow, sleet and ice, is NOT accurate for this post office! Very disappointed in the lack of organization, not to mention hateful and a royal pain to deal with!!

I find who ever is on my route doesn't like coming to door sometime they leave  note saying now one was home and need to come to post office to pick it up. Yea right i'm always home durning the time for mail my mail is lucky to get here by 3pm some times after 5 pm. Tonight it's 8 pm never seem them at all, I track a package saying it was coming today tracking says something about unsecured  area ??? I asked a couple people next store no one got mail. Yes weather was bad but don't say unsecured area just state the facts then no one would made just don't lie make things worst.

Puzzled by conversations made to the Dandridge Post Office seem to be ignored or lack of finding a solution to a problem. Repeated calls to ask why a forwarding address is still not in effect when they have it in the system and yet their mail carriers continue to deliver mail to the old address. 
4 calls have been made since Oct and the mail still seems to be re-routed some where out there and definately not here.
I do not appreciate that mail gets opened and then RETURNED TO SENDER.
