The woman at the Canada Post counter was very rude and did not treat me well. I asked for some tape, and she replied, "I don't have anything, you'll have to figure it out yourself." She also said this Shoppers doesn't have Agarita any tape. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager was not on the floor. This happened at 5:50 PM on September 30th.
Terrible customer service. I had to go here to verify ID. The instructions I was sent was to bring a drivers license/photo ID. Staff did not accept my unexpired Provincial Photo ID drivers license equivalent which shows my current residence as proof of residence. She argued that I may have moved, and wanted to see something more recent.
K'mara is a pro. She blasted through 5 customers so fast I barely had a chance to write the address on the envelope.
Located in shoppers on the lower level. Waited a bit but then Ray came and sped things up, great friendly service!
Inside gold RBC building across from Union Station, down the escalator one floor to Shopper's Pharmacy, end of aisle 5.
The staff was pleasant. The issue is with finding it and there only being one computer so no ability to have a second staff member when it gets busy. At one point 8 people were in line and the staff had no relief or ability for getting any. Shame on Canada Post for being so stingy
Poor service. Called them in advance to ask if they offer free tap, a lady said yes. Then I came with heavy package, all of a sudden she said I have to buy tap and pay for it.
The old woman working there is really rude and unprofessional. A year back I went there to return a package, and she scolded me just because I didn’t attach the label to the box and had to bother her for some precious sealing tapes. Unbelievable! I thought this was included in their “service”? She was probably too tired? Yesterday I went there again to drop a parcel. Before going, I filled out all the info and paid the fee using the Canada Post online tool. The same grumpy old lady scolded me again for not printing out the label, even though the website specifically says that the label can be printed at the store. I asked her to scan the QR code on my phone. Unsurprisingly, the printing started automatically. Such an embarrassment. She then asked me to pay again! although I already paid online. This person obviously had little clue how things work. She then accepted the package without scanning it, which meant that I hadn’t been able to track the package until it arrived at the sorting facility. I seriously don’t understand how such an unprofessional person can still be working there. I will surely file a formal complaint to Canada Post, and urge anyone who had similar awful experience to do the same.
Hard to find this but if you are coming from Bay/Wellington, go inside the RBC building, go down the escalator and take left, it is inside Shoppers Drug Mart. Now that you’re here, be prepared to have the worst experience ever by the Arab lady or you can get out and go to the nearby King/Yonge location instead.
Poor customer service! Staff is rude, she helped me but looks like she doesn't want to do her job or she hates customers.
