Think you can skip the line to pick up a package when they left a slip in your mailbox? Even when there are multiple staff available? Wrong. Soooo wrong. Don't even try to drop off a package to mail it (only OK sometimes). Expect at least a 30min wait time to do anything. Don't come here in the afternoon or on Friday/Saturday. Especially avoid during holidays 40+min wait time. I'm not salty about it, this is just a fair warning, I've watched elderly people have to leave because they couldn't stand long enough.

This is the first usps location I've seen that let's you access your box 24/7! That's way too awesome! The staff is super quick too. usually when I see a line of more than 4 people I'm like "looks like I'm not getting my package today!" But these guys are great! Their boxes are really clean too, last couple times I've opened a box I had to bring bleach and a towel once a year or so to clean it myself, but theirs are super clean!

I hate this post office! You want to know why they are going bankrupt!? Deal with these guys and you will figure it out in seconds!! They have had my simple address change so screwed up for over 8 months now! Seriously how hard is it!? Now I just received a notice of address change in the mail for the wrong address after I talked to the 3rd supervisor that said he knew what he was doing! Also they have a forwarding address for me that I have no idea where it is! We have been in there 7 different times and filled out 7 different forms with each time being told that "This is how to fix it, that last guy must not have known what he was doing" COME ON GUYS!!!! It's not rocket science! I have packages and letters being returned from work! Medical bills! Paychecks! I now know why it is called GOING POSTAL!

Honestly i hate dealing with this racket of a service. 40$ to get a new key anytime you move. Non refundable and takes about 2 weeks to get the key changed?!?!?! Im paying 40$ i shoulf not need to wait 2 weeks to get acvess to my mail.

I walked in to use the kiosk and a lady was waiting there. She said she had been waiting for 15 minutes for the manager to come fix the machine. After 3 attempts to get someone to help her all of which the employees ignored she got the manager to come out after waiting a total of 30 minutes. I decided to wait in line and when I finally got to the desk with my regional A box it was more than I expected but I thought my calculations must have just been wrong. Came home and looked it up, they charged me for a normal Priority Mail Box instead of a Regional A box. Paid ~$4 more because of it. My wait time is always at least 15 minutes. You would think they would just hire another person.
