They are fast and have great customer service the only reason for four stars is because the office (where you would pickup larger packages with the yellow card) is not open Saturday.

Lobby office is closed at 12noon!! but on the door it says "lunch closures" say from 2-3. No note on the door for reasons why. Therefore my review is 1 star.
