They keep loosing my mail and putting other people’s mail in my mailbox after I’ve repeatedly asked them to forward the former residents mail. They disgregard me everytime I ask, I’ve had 2 bills go missing this month and the postmaster tried to blame it on me when I hadn’t received the first notice or the second notice! They do not care about anyone but their long time residents.

I was missing a piece of mail and the postmaster was very very helpful and kept me informed on any movement.

I would like to know why a carrier would lie n say they delivered a pkg to my address today n it even gives the tracking number yet I have no pkg nor any type of notice stating why. I'm sick n tired of my mail being placed in the wrong box when my address is in bold black letters n my house number is in gold letters on the outside of my box lid. I want to know where my pkg is n if your carrier isn't smart enough to do their job then by all means let me know n I'll teach them I did it for 14 yrs. I'm tired of being nice about it.
