I had a package get lost when Jackson Wy. Post office shipped it back to me instead of sending a card to the recipient to let them know it had arrived! Our Marshfield PO found my package and was very helpful ! Love living in a small town where you're not just a number! I think our PO does a great job!

The workers in the branch are nearly always rude and in no hurry to help anyone. The hours are short and the chance of your packages going to the right destination are slim.

Worst post office I have ever dealt with. All the workers are rude, the driver has damaged my mail box multiple times and when you try to call you can't ever get hold of anyone unless you wait on hold for an hour and when you go to the office to resolve a problem they are zero help. I try to order everything I can threw ups. USPS employees are way over payed.

So where to start? Well ill start by saying we go to this post office 6 days a week . They all know us by voice on the phone and by face. We have spent 42,000 in shipping through this post office this year . Last year 6'000 $ of product was damaged and or broken by this office. One worker ( we will call him passive John) hates his job and the fact that he has to do it. He in person threw packages , full tubs of packages 6/8 feet . We've watched him slam tubs full of packages on the floor that are clearly marked fragile. Now if that's not bad enough . This week he has decided to take it apon himself to add c.o.d charges to all of our packages . Now were commerical and this gets charged back to us automatically, and they charged our customers , and then he shipped them exactly as i had them labeled and had already paid for . So to recap ( passive john) added 2x the cost to the packages and then shipped them the exact same way i had them labeled and paid for . Now like i said we see these people 6 days a week . He did it on Monday/tue and tried to claim he had no chance to tell us there was a problem ( which there was not per h.q ) . So watch it people passive john will steel money from you . Which is a punishabl crime ;) so join me in the #firejohn@usps on f.b ..lets make sure passive john dont get away with theft .

Before moving to Marshfield, I had honestly never had a great experience with a post office. However, this post office has been very helpful in getting me my packages. I had one package that went to the wrong address, so when I called the post office about it, the manager went and picked it up, brought it to my house and apologized! To me, customer service isn't about always doing everything right the first time, it's about fixing your mistakes. Not only did this post office fix their own mistakes, they also fixed a mistake made by a sender. I was expecting a package, but the person mailing it to me had transposed numbers in my address. The post office fixed this, saving us the cost of reshipping. I know that since the post office is a gov't thing, the employees have to wade through the bureaucracy of policies that comes with that. So I appreciate the level of customer service I've received from a place where I wouldn't expect it.
