Ordered items off of Amazon (March 1) which then went to usps and was supposed to be a 2 day delivery but since I have a forward address it was sent through the process(march 2). That means the package is supposed to go to Indiana then to the forwarding address. When I called to ask about it the first time (march 6) I was told it was going through the process and that it should show up either that day or the next. (March 12) called to find out why my package was not delivered and was given the same answer "hopefully it shows up in the next couple of days"  but was also told for some reason it was in Iowa.. My original address and forwarding address are both a Sedalia address. Why would anything go to another state to be forwarded is beyond reasoning. Both calls the personnel were not friendly nor did they offer to do anything to expedite the process. Very poor structure and service.

Employee helped me beyond expectations. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because she wore this stupid glittery eye shadow. I understand wearing makeup but glitter is not makeup. It's an art supply

Last day to turn in taxes the old hag has the door's locked and she's finishing up the line of people still inside. She still had 8-9 minutes before closing and would not open the door to postmark my taxes. Glad to see she no longer works there.

Worst service ever. USPS had lost my original transcript around one and a half year ago I thought now they would have improved their services so I went  USPS Sedalia office on Jan 4, 2017 for another delivery of my package to Dallas. That lady told me it will be delivered on Jan 9 but two days later  its still not delivered. I am never ever gonna trust USPS again.
