Part 2-So it's me back again! My last review was nine months ago and here I am with another reason of why you should not use this post office! My mother just got off the phone with the lady from the post office, she was trying to get an appointment to get her passport. But guess what?! The lady on the phone told her that it's not her job to make appointments and to go do it online. At least when I went to get my done the lady had said 'Oh we have a spot available at one!', nope not this lady. Don't know what she gets paid for, but it's sure not making appointments. Thanks post office!

Part 1- Went to get my passport today and the rude lady that works there just ruined my day. Don't know her name but her darker skin tone suggests that her ancestors were from India, she's a shorter girl. She was extremely rude to me while I was trying to ask questions and kept giving me attitude when I couldn't hear her mumbling, and asked if she could say her words again. With all the past reviews it sounds like this is the same girl and I'm disappointed in this post office for not doing anything about it.

Every time I go in there it's great service. It's either been two gentleman or a blonde girl. No complaints here. I haven't seen the one gal everyone complains about. So maybe she no longer works there? Not sure.

The woman was very knowledgeable and nice on my passport appointment. Just make sure you get all your stuff together before hand.  Also, get your picture taken at Walgreens or CVS for it, because for some reason the U.S government will tell you what they want for the picture requirements but doesn't accept any ones that you take. It can be 100% what they are asking for and they'll reject it.  Hint for any people looking to get a passport.  Just go to the aforementioned stores.

During the week there are an older woman and a younger lady that are absolutely the best! I just started my etsy shop in January, and they both have taken time to help me, and I really don't hate going to the post office anymore! There is another lady that I'm not found of, but still 5 stars for the incredible service from these 2 amazing women!

They apparently don't answer the phone during business hours. I let the phone ring from 13:54 to 13:57. That's a lot of ringing for no answer.
