Same old USPS. Employees here are always nice to me and I never had any problems. I even had one of them help me get my packages when I was shipping alot of stuff out.

Scheduled a pick up like I had done so many times before only this time no one bothered to pick up my packages. I called to see what was going on and got hung up on. Not cool. I do a lot of shipping through USPS but will probably look into UPS or Fed Ex now. So rude!

Some of the friendliest postal workers I've ever been in contact with. My only complaint would be the poor lobby design, which causes the long lines to back out the doors, but what can you do? Its a small price to pay for great service.
