I'm almost certain I'd get my mail faster if carrieier pigeons were used. The worst! Look at the reviews and you will see I'm not alone here. How can they be so incompetent for so long without someone there thinking maybe we should fix the problems we have. I'm sure they were lost at thinking.

No service was given to me at the post office on November 12, 2022 because of unfamiliar tones from Tiffany in front of about four or five customers approximate 1202 when she greeted me she was yelling as if I was a told by Tiffany,she stated in front of the customers she was doing me a favor by taking me at 12:02 I did not like the tone of her voice and Very disturbing, nasty, rude and loud so I proceeded to walk out to mail my letters as I did. I told her she could not wait on me with that tone I did not like it she didn’t know I was in the outside of the door when she was yelling telling customers I I didn’t have to wait on her. I was doing her a favor. She didn’t know I heard every word she said, so I proceeded to look for the supervisor at as I did Brandon apologize for the disturbing actions because she was having a bad day as I was talking to Brandon, Tiffany came outside, yelling, screaming to the top of her voice. She was doing me a favor, telling Brandon Brandon was trying to calm her down. It didn’t work. She showed her behind, screaming very unprofessional. working for the government Tiffany has no customer service skills. She’s very unprofessional and she’s very rude. She must be have lied on her résumé. Because the government does a background check I know this because I’ve worked for the government over 20 years. This is unacceptable not tolerated and not professional as at all. Pooler post office

This is absolutely not a place to call for any information.  Bad reputation for Pooler city. Try to call in several time seeking for schedule an appointment to renew my passport if needed, but no one want to answers the phone. Phone was pickup and hung up on me all every time I tried.

Very unprofessional! My husband needed to pick up the keys for our mailbox. The guy behind the counter went into a room and came immediately back to tell my husband that there was an internal meeting, and he could not get the keys. It was very obvious that the meeting didn't go well. All customers were able to enjoy the yelling of the female manager to her staff and it went on and on. My husband had to almost force the guy to go back into the room to get our mailbox keys. It is ridiculous that an employee is so afraid for his manager and that people working there are getting yelled at in such an abusive way. No matter the topic or the issue; this is not the way you solve problems and deal with customers.

VERY UPSET,  as it is possible that my package was left on the grass outside my mailbox.  This is disrespectful, unprofessional & no cares for people properties… instead of leaving it lying on the grass they could bring it to my house!

Wonderful place , nice staff, I ride 35 mins pass my local post office just to go to Pooler Post Office. Mrs Mary I miss you so much, very genuine, really enjoyed your job and made the customer's welcomed.

Let ups and fedex handle the  shipping  business, from customer service at the store to the delivery service you guys are the worst company ever

It's not the workers. They're doing their jobs and are respectful. It's just the facility in general. I come one day and there lobby is closed with no reason listed, the next the internet is down. They need to do a better job with this place. Just go down to the next ups on the road.

Seems like whenever I drop some packages off, they seem to be keen on keep some for themselves. They do not scan and the line goes to the door to wait on a receipt. This is the 3rd package from this building that has not made it's way to transit. As soon as they pass the bill. It will be a felony to steal packages even for the USPS workers.

Extremely RUDE! They attempted to deliver my package one time since signature was required and I was not home they left a notice. Then I come to the post office 5 days later and they told me at first that my mail has been getting sent back and return to sender. This package came from GERMANY and was very expensive to have shopped. The first girl literally started yelling at me telling she doesn’t need to deal with this. She told me it was delivered and then returned and is on its way back to Germany. I refused to leave till I spoke to someone else to which she threw up her arms and yelled and went in the back. Then she got someone else who told me it was delivered nor attempted a second time and that she doesn’t know where the package is but will call me if she finds it...I have never been treated with such disrespect and would HIGHLY suggest you take your business elsewhere. I’ve always had pleasant people and interactions at USPS. We just moved here and this is ridiculous.
