I absolutely respect every postal worker, especially in Lima and I support our hard working mail carriers! Keep up the good work! Every business on the planet has great,good,fair and awful employees. And every business is attended by great and awful customers. I try to stay away from public places when I'm impatient , intolerant or just in a bad mood because I bring my attitude with me. I applaud our carriers and encourage my neighbors and friends to be patient and supportive of them too.

Very understaffed! Always a long wait. Usually no one can answer my questions about mailing. I don’t get all my mail even when I have a photo showing what will be delivered on my informed delivery email. We have a different carrier every couple days. Sometimes my mail from home doesn’t get picked up even when they delivered mail to my door! So disappointed in the service and the price just keeps going up.

The service is absolutely terrible. I've had several letters and packages lost through them, one of them being a $500 check. When I come in and ask about it they're no help at all and basically say tough luck. Would not recommend going through at all.

For you people that don't know any better, mail is sent to processing centers between deliveries. This system is AUTOMATED. If a letter goes frome here to there to there and you don't understand why...it's meant to do that. It's not a Postal mistake. And mail gets delivered AFTER the lobby is closed so it could arrive after 5PM. The price of a postage stamp in the U.S. is the cheapest in the world! That makes the USPS very efficient.

Shipping for my packages was paid for and shipped by FedEx I have no idea why it was sent to USPS for delivery. The first package was just left sitting on my porch no knock or anything . They say they tried to deliver the second package and left a notice I don't have a notice on my door, on or in my mailbox , hell they might of just sat that on the porch also . I'm home all day and no one has ever knocked the third package hasn't made it to town yet but I'm sure the same thing will happen guess I'll just have to be waiting at the door so my items won't be left on the porch or threw back on the truck
