I'm from Michigan and still have never received such horrible service from a post office. I have to redeliver the mail in my mailbox to my neighbors (not knowing if they do the same for me) but they never get it right, plus they always say it's because it's a new deliverer. Also I'm a stay at home mom I do see who delivers my mail, I have lived in the same house for over a year and it has been the same vehicle. They never call back when they say they will, and nothing is ever done about the situations.

Never deliver my mail because once in a while my 4 pound Pomeranian is on the leash in the yard! She has literally 2 teeth left and is 9 years old. She doesn't even bark at the mail lady!! The lady just walks right past the house every day! So crappy! I tried to call and complain but the post office doesn't even answer their damn phone.

I bought a shirt online and the tracking number said delivered but I did not receive the package. To make a long story short, every time I went in the post office and they wrote down my tracking number and phone number, but didn't call me back.  Every time they never called me back until the third time, I told them to make sure they called me back and the lady called me back a few hours later that they didn't find it. A few days later I filed a claim with the phone support and got a call back that it was delivered to a wrong house with the same number as mine. The lady told me that she would request for the lady who delivered the package to pay for it since it was delivered wrong and never got a call back... They refused contact back with me 4 times. To add to it the lady at the post office pretty much gave me the person who my package was delivered ats house address.

I've called the Defiance post office three times about mail addressed correctly being returned.  Each time I am told "it will be fixed."  It never is.  Horrible service.  No accountability.  Nobody cares.

I haven't been getting my mail, and whenever I put something to go out in the mail it is never picked up. I watched our carrier the past 3 days and he doesn't even come up to our house or look in our houses direction. I'm really getting pissed off about it since I was suppose to get something very important int he mail last week and I still have not received it.
