if the self service kiosk is working, then that helps. but so many people have no idea what they are doing. if you go and they are actually open, be prepared to wait a long time. and explanations between different shipping is no where to be found. and good luck finding shipping boxes there

When calling them a woman picks up the phone, was rude, didn't even let me finish what I was saying before she said she couldn't help me and gave me another number to call. Wow talk about bad customer service.

Horrible. The employees were completely flippant about a package that their carrier misplaced. Instead of even offering an answer I was blamed for not having "something right" on my end. Never using USPS again, and I also completely understand why American public has lack of confidence in USPS. Stick to Fed Ex and UPS
