Worst post office ever! The people who work here are so rude! I called the post office before i went in and was told (by a supervisor) that I could come in without an appointment to get my passport documents signed. I was yelled at when I explained my situation to them. The passport lady was extremley rude and degrading. The manager said the supervisor that I talked to gave me the wrong info, yet they still didn’t even make an effort to help me out. I then went to the New Tampa post office and received excellent customer Service and the lady there literally took 10 mins to help me get everything ready! North dale Mabry post office needs a trainer from new Tampa! Go to new Tampa... don’t waste your time at the north dale Mabry office!!!

Had them hold my packages for pick up. Call to let me know it was ready was courteous. Less than 5 minutes to get my packages.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Simply went to renew my passport and the lady at the passport stand had the most disgusting attitude, did not even let me finish half of the sentences when I was trying to speak. Not helpful at all

My appointment was at 1 PM. She came at 10 minutes later which is fine considering it was lunch time and service was completed in 15 minutes. She is very methodical and follow the rules very strictly. Please read instructions twice before you go for passport appointment. Overall pleased with the service. I would recommend this location.

They need new workers. My mail carrier has sent back my mail several times. I never get my medical bills but I get all the junk mail. This has caused a few of my accounts to go into collections. Very annoying and every time I try to call to get things figured out, the line is busy.
