I live in an apartment complex and it said  my package was delivered and that it was uit in a Parcel Locker. They didn't leave no key for the parcel locker in my mail box. All the parcel locker are empty. That's says they delivered it to the wrong person and they now have my package. Who know if I ever will get it from them. Horrible service.

I have repeated issues on getting my packages but staff is very friendly.

Clerks at the front desk are very helpful and friendly.
I have repeated issue with delivery packages. Our packages didn't require delivery confirmation or signature, but we always get pink slip in our mail box. I have constantly made trips to the post office to pick up our packages. 

I have talked to the delivery manager regarding to the latest package delivery issue. 
It's been 3 weeks since I have talked to her. She said she was going to talk to the delivery guy and call me back. But never received any phone call from her. 

Very disappointed at their customer service.

All the 3 stars are going to the courtesy of the front desk staff.
