I used to work for the postal service (not this one) and I know how hard they do work.   I'm giving this post office a 4 star only because I have called them numerous times letting them know that whomever delivers my mail on Saturday likes to pretend no one is home and leaves a pink slip in the box and takes off.  Now, the regular mail person knows someone is here at all times.  So we have no problems when he delivers the mail.  Only the person who is delivering when he is off.

Packages are NEVER delivered on time(2 day delivery guarantee with Amazon Prime). I have even had to go pick up a package that they said was too heavy(24 pounds).

The staff has always been courteous and professional. Shipping supplies are plentiful and easily accessible.

I hate being lied to. I realize it's the holiday season. I needed to get a new mailbox key. My old one was lost not of my doing. I was told my box would be replaced no later than Monday, today. The clerk basically told me packages came first. That to me is unacceptable. O cannot buy my Christmas until I can open my mail; so y'all are srewing me. As someone who has worked as a storekeeper (look or up)on an aircraft carrier I know what not leaving til the job is done means, I did not get that attitude, very disappointing
