Moved to SB a few months ago. This is undoubtedly the worst post office I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Our carrier has lost packages, we've had packages come with nothing in them (stolen), we've almost had our electric turned off because our bills never made it to us, among many other problems. I visited this office 3 times in a single day trying to get a 2-day priority mail package, and was bounced around between cashiers and the Postmaster, all of whom had no clue where my package was. They assured me it would be processed and delivered the next day; instead, it's sent back to the Green Bay Distribution Center (so it went from GB to SB, then back to GB, and back to SB. I was in there 3 times and they couldn't just hand it to me?!) Overall, the ineptness of the people working here astounds me. I doubt any of this will be resolved via complaints. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with these people.

I ship packages almost everyday through the post office and find the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. A+ service.

Won't be long before one of the postal drivers hits a pedestrian or t-bones another vehicle. Just saw 2 postal trucks run a stop sign and one almost hit me when I had the right of way.... I guess traffic laws don't apply to them???

We've been living near the downtown now for over two years and not one week has gone by that our mail gets delivered to a neighbor or we get someone else's mail. I've been into the office to speak to the post master 4 times now and they don't seem to be concerned. Several times we finally got a bill that had been delivered across the street to a business and came to us up to 3 weeks past the due date! Packages and slips that say we have a package go every which way as well. We've called or delivered some things to our neighbors (one up to a whole block away) but some of it is sensitive material. Our neighbor across the street just laughs and says it's been this way since 1985 when they moved in. He's stopped complaining because it doesn't help. We are now moving and that is one of the reasons for the move.
