This was the worst social security office EVER! considering that people who come there have varying types and degrees of disability the employees should definitely be more polite and helpful furthermore its embarrassing to see the lack of actual help accorded someone with an actual learning disability which is why they are on disability in the first place, my brother has been treated horribly every single time and there's no reading or justification for it.  I am at the point of becoming his authorized representative just so I can be assured he is treated as a human being and not like he's dumb. For shame to the lady who has repeatedly treated him thus...

The service was very very inefficient. It could have been just Monday but it could be a better arrangement !

SS was happy to collect my tax for 20 years under my maiden name, but the Lynnwood office refused to pay my benefits under the same name without a court order! I went to the Shoreline SS office, and they fixed it in 5 minutes, no court. Shoreline is the best! (...and the highest rated office around. :- )

Slow service. Expect to be there for at least an hour.

Lady we spoke to was helpful and very nice.
