Don’t really have a rating. Came in at 1pm on a Friday just after the. 1st. We all know better. But I had the day off and figured I’d try. It’s plumb full. We’re sitting on the floor. Update when I leave...

I don't know what people are talking about when they say "reasonable wait times". I wish people would share their secret about getting in and out so fast. I came in at 10:30 AM on a Thursday for a replacement card because I was unable to request one online. I've been waiting for 2 hours now with next to no progress in the number count. There is someone else that has been waiting for 3 hours to have her number called. All the numbers are called out of order, even if they are called at all, and there is no one available to triage or answer the simplest of questions, so the poor security officer ends up begrudgingly dealing with frustrated patrons. It seems like a good percentage of people require translation services, which adds a huge amount of time to other people waiting. My only advice is to avoid this place at all costs. Do your business over phone, email, or snail mail if possible. You'll be way better off for it.

Pretty good customer service experience. Opens at 9am. Arrived at 8:20am on a Friday and was 10th in line at that point. The wait for replacing my SS card was like 15 minutes once the place opened, and the lady at the counter was pleasant.

The offices on 2nd street are incompetent and unorganized. Get ready for a ling wait because numbers are called randomly and you'll probably, like me, be skipped over and forgotten. Who the heck oversees this place, you all need to be fired.

When I call the place, they take forever and when I do get to talk to them, I never receive the papers in the mail. So I have to come to this building. And they gonna think its more convenient if I just call, acting like they dont wanna do what they supposed to do.  After I passed security I went to the room.  Today I was given the wrong # from the machine when I entered the place. So if I didnt ask, i would be just sitting there. I'd be waiting forever for my # to call when it probably was somebody's old # that has already been called. So when I got to the stall, the worker was probably mad cause he waited for me, not knowing I had the wrong #. It was those stalls near the corner, where the worker was a lil condescending. He threw the cards. Got the name on my document wrong. I asked why & he acted like he knew, but it was not true. He didnt even ask if there is anything else I needed so he got upset when I asked for only one more document, saying the documents are different, when it really ain't! Acting like its hella difficult to type. People like me forget, and some people got a lil anxiety & some people dread talking to workers because they know workers like this can be condescending.
