This office is much better than the Dallas office nevertheless, if you send something to them via mail, make sure it's certified return receipt, otherwise they claim they didn't receive it.  I expected better service from this office.

They don't send you the paper work you need then send you a letter stating they need to hear from you by 12pm and the person with your case won't even answer the phone or return your calls! What's the point of you having a job if you can't do your job!

I got a very rude response they told me to update whats going on and the preson seem like they didn't care. Very disappointed

My husband and I were in and out of the office in less than 15 minutes. We were serviced by Ms Jones who answered our questions and processed my request on the spot.
