I lived here in the 90s, from about 1992 untill around 1999. I believe the office staff was as helpful as they could be, this was the first time I was able to call a place home. I left to take care of my Dad who passed in 2002,  but I rised my kids here, one disabled, and I can say I never felt out of place. 
 If you have a roof , be greatful.
Not sure who the staff is now, but the manager I had was always trying to find ways to help her community , she taught me a lot.
