What a breeze! I researched social security offices in the area before deciding to go to this one based on the good reviews. I went around 3:10 today (Friday) to change my name (due to marriage) and it was totally dead. I signed in on the computer and didn't even have a chance to sit down before they called me up. So easy! The lady who helped us was really nice too. We were out in maybe 10 minutes.

The only thing about this office is it's kind of tricky to find. You enter the building through a revolving door from a plaza, go to some elevators across the lobby, take the left elevators up to floor 2, then it's right around the corner there. You can't take the escalators!

Just went here this morning to change my name after recently getting married. I was bracing myself for a DMV-like experience, but it turned out to be the most efficient office ever! I was in and out in 10 min! The receptionist was so friendly too. Great job gang!
