After waiting 2 hours I use the bathroom.  That is when my number gets called.  I leave the bathroom 45 seconds later and have missed my appointment.  The lazy guard sits there texting saying sorry you will have to sign in again.  Go to a different state if need be, DO NOT GO HERE!!

I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that they gave me incorrect information years ago over the phone.  I thought I didn't have the correct supporting documentation because of what I was told.  After reviewing the requirements online last week, I went back and got it within about 10 - 15 minutes.   The agent was friendly and professional.

I was in and out in literally 5 minutes to change my name and get my new card application turned in. Excellent service, I didn't even get a chance to sit down before they called my number.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! They dont even deserve a star at all! All employees in this office are RUDE and LAZY!!!! They DO NOT do their jobs!!
