Slow worker's and it's never not busy in this small office. They need to relocate and expand really.! Get a bigger office space and hire more experienced, professional representatives to work here. This is ridiculous you shouldn't have to go to any government office and wait for hour's. It's like you have, to have  no life,  (Miss) Take off work rearrange your whole day just to come to the Allentown PA Social Security Office. You people are Bonkers and off your rocker get it together!! Seriously and quickly.

this review about Gail that was her name the one who answered the phone
i called with my mom to get some update on her application
and this lady GAIL was so nasty on the phone 
she would not let me speak just to explain why my mom is calling 
she kept saying call back and request an interpreter 
and hang up the phone on us, very Rude, Very disrespecting 
i have been working in customer service for the past 15 years never had 
some one as Rude and ignorant As this lady GAIL
you wait hours to get to speak to some one and then they hang up on you
knowing that earlier i had spoke to some one else and she was very nice
i had to translate couple of words for my mom and that was fine
they say every thing recorded. so they need to hear their recording
this is a review of a person who properly has anger problem.
i hope you wont have to help anyone else today so you don't make their day  miserable and i wish you nothing but a bad day to teach you a lesson how to respect people 
and i wish i don't have to pick a star because they don't even deserve a one star

I felt with very nice people here and fat out rude people here. The women I felt with today whay completely rude and unhelpful. I asked questions and she gave me very short answers and was extremely unhelpful.

Never want to do their job if my name is not on the lease or any of the bills in anyone's house i am temporarily staying from time to time me or whomever else is not entitled to sign any form for any type of information, these governmental office be abusing their power when I know my rights and be trying to treat me as if i am incompetent, that's why i am already sueing their asses

They have no consideration for special needs. Wouldn't give an appointment so, had to sit there 4+ hours with autistic daughter since they HAD to SEE her. If the need to see her was so great then, make an appointment or expedite the wait.
