Sure you have a bit of wait but that happens at any busy Govt building. Staff were extremely pleasant, efficient and professional. Special mention for the security guard...he was very professional but human too, in fact a real character and he helped make the morning much more bearable. All in all one of the best Govt related visits ever had in 20 years.

Parking was fine...no worries there at all.
Security Guards were warm, welcoming and VERY helpful.
Good seating.
It was very busy, however, the employees kept right on top of everyone!  No lag time - with many windows open.
Normal wait times (no worse than a Doctors office). 
Restrooms were very clean as well (it was a long ride...what can I say!?)
Kudos to Miss L. Williams for going above and beyond to help us resolve our issue!
Thank you Miss L. Williams!!!

I found out after 12 years of marriage the social security office never changed my name over after me and my husband went up there to change it. I found out by the dnv in may that i had to get my name changed back on my licence because i was using 2 last names .  Without notice for 12 freaking years and being military they couldn't tell me this! And i went back last year to change it and my marriage licence wasn't enough proof I have nothing under my married name so how am I suppose to show proof. Idiots
