Supposed to help with applying for food stamps for disabled individuals; refused to help and told me to go to social services.

Also, I was given a ticket number and have been waiting an hour just to check with someone to see IF they could help with why my income eligibility was changed even though my income has not changed at all and my SSDI has not changed at all. Now as I write this review others who came in after me are being called and served.

Expect to be at the place for a minimum of 3 hours.  You would think services would improve after having receive poor reviews but it has not changed.

Service is great but unbelievable how slow people are called here the same number will remain on the TV for 45 + minutes , never again go online and save yourself a trip seriously

The office is unclean, overcrowded. You can wait for hours there until your number is called.

Had to go in and was missing some paperwork to get my mom's 1099 (she passed almost a year ago) for taxes. The administrator Hazel was so sweet and really helped me out. It would have been easy for her to dismiss me and move on to the next person. I love it when people have heart.
