The gov and people who run the ssi office really dont care about Human Rights.  They really don't care that people need disability money assistance.  They purposely cut funds for no reason.  People like me deserve far more a month than we get currently, due to health issues and suffering we go through.  And they have to make the office more safe.  They should do something about that vile hostile security guard who yells at everyone.  They had this black guy working there who was screaming at everyone, its awful. No one feels safe there!  I hope the office sees this and really looks at themselves in the mirror, and sees who they are and how they can change to make it better and safer and help their fellow mankind.

The waiting was bad, but the security guard was extremely rude to others in the office, looked very sloppy and inlet uniform, plus his manners were very unprofessional towards others. He was more interested in talking and hitting on a women in the office waiting there. He was trying to impress her with his crowd control stories then helping others with check in process.
Very very disappointing

Wait time is awful and in terrible unsafe conditions.  There was this very hostile black guy working there who was yelling at everyone, and it was so miserable, depressing and everyone feared for their safety.  The office really has to do something to make it more safe and comfortable.

This place was packed today and I completely understand security guard does not have social security information, but that absolutely does not give you permission to be so blatantly rude when someone speaks to you. I was simply asking if due to the extremely long line if computers were available to try and get a replacement card via online. The security guard started yelling at me and said you need to go fill out he form over there-Which I already had filled out before I even came. I tried to ask again and he raised his voice repeating the same thing and writing in the air like I was an idiot. I have never been talked to so condescending or rude in my life!

My second time here first time was great experience security guard was very nice but today the place was awful. I waited an hour and s half and the jerk        (MR HUNT )behind the counter was very very very rude no help at alll he couldn't answer any of my questions all he was doing was sitting on that chair half of sleep 😴 rolling his eyes when question was asked he said I don't know i mean what do you mean you dont know your sitting in front of that damn comp you got all the info to know....  I wasn't even done with my question hes like ok i have to take another person literally he kicked me out i just he gets FIRED so they can hire someone who's willing to work and help with the questions that we got.... Just filed an complaint with Congress... Hopefully there will be help..
