The ladies of this post office totally saved me. I accidentally dropped a pre-paid UPS package in their lobby drop box, realized my mistake a full week later, and they very kindly were able to re-locate my package for me so I could drop it off with the right carrier. They saved me from a lot of hassle and costly replacement fees, and absolutely delivered (pun intended).

I live in a neighboring town, and avoid my town's post office as often as I can. I visit the Mt. Prospect post office almost weekly. I find the staff there to be courteous and thorough. True, sometimes the line is long, but at least the service windows are open and the employees are efficient. I am happy to give this facility 5 stars!

I mailed my husband a parcel for our 1st anniversary. He only got two T shirts out of the $250.00 worth of parcel. Not only that he got my package after a month when the post office quoted only 10 business days. And as usual they won't move a muscle to help me find my missing precious hand picked gifts for my year old hubby😏😏😏

Needed to make an appt for passport service, kept me on hold for 30+ mins and got an answer that no appt availabe and can make an appt only online. Lady was very rude, unfriendly and no help. Ridiculous.

Absolute worst USPS, Called the place, and the rudest employee answered, not willing to check my tracking for me, saying they don't do that!? LAZY WORKERS
