I had a appointment but stood in line. Did not know I could have walked right in. Once I found out I checked in and got called in five minutes. Went smooth and it is hopeful that everything else will be okay.

Not a fun place to hang out, but the line moves more quickly than at other offices in the area (the Olympic office is the worst!). There's also free parking in the area, which again is better than in many areas' offices. The staff are helpful and friendly even when some of the folks in line can be vocally impatient.

Prior to my visit at this office I read the reviews and was not thrilled at all. However, my visit at this office was nothing like the comments say. The only thing I did have a bit of problem with was parking. Since there are many local businesses alongside parking may be a bit of a hassle. The person who assisted was not rude at all. She was very helpful, nice, and had great customer service etiquette. Throughout the time I waited for my number to be called I did realize there where rude persons being helped. I came to understand there that it’s not that there are rude people helping and that it is mainly the other way around. The people who work there in many cases where trying to calm down rude and loud individuals who to begin with did not have all the paper work required to have their request processed. In conclusion, if you want your process to be done fast make sure you take all of the paperwork required. All the information is on their website and if you have any questions they do have a number you can call so that you can ensure you have everything you need prior to going.
