Really? Social security administration office with a handful of parking spots? Social security administration office that makes you wait 2+ hours with no turnaround of people? It would be fair to wait if the place is packed! This makes me lose more hope in our system, in our government management of public services. This is a disgrace and an insult to all working citizens that pay all the taxes that continue to go up. This is an insult and a disgrace to see the level of poor service our social security administration that is paid for by the people what they offer to the people. I don't blame it on the workers behind the windows, I actually always have good service by the men and women behind the windows, I blame the misorganization  on our government and on poor management!!

Crappy - From the Managers all the way down to the staff. You can tell the ones who utterly hate their jobs and they are very rude to applicants they don't process paperwork in a timely manner but deadline everything they send out then lie saying they never got the fax or packet via mail and they are not trained well for the position every blue moon u may get decent service. Want to file a complaint ? Poor quality service. Representative told me  one thing in front of my son and then did another.  When I asked to contact her supervisor she claimed none were available and she could not tell me who to contact by phone or give me the number to call.  I don't like dealing with liars.  Our business was not concluded and still is not, despite over two hours of waiting.

Horrible location. Tiny parking lot with half the spots being ONLY for ATT customers.
