Shay and Jacquie were amazing.This duo were really professional. Jacquie helped me with my payment and was very kind and courteous. She makes efficiency a priority and she is kind to everyone that comes into the office. These ladies are company assets. Shay should work her own business, She has a personal touch and a very polite way of explaining the processes of the company. The customer service here is unparalleled to any other storage facility I’ve rented other than their location on Crenshaw ran by Francine who is also amazing. She is kind considerate helpful and every time I come in the office she is pleasant. The three always greet me with a smile and a ready to help attitude. I’d would recommend public storage to anyone looking for storage not only because their properties are clean but they’re customer service is outstanding. Thank you so much Ladies !!!! -Love Kai ❤️☺️👍

Evelyn G. is fabulous. helpful patient and knowledgeable. rest easy Evelyn covers all the bases! I appreciated the time she took fitting me with the right moving supplies. most of all walking me first time through the use if my cylinder lock and access code box....making sure all worked properly. great job! Evelyn was awesome. She showed me the space I wanted and made great suggestions. I’m pleased with the service and cleanliness of the facilities. Convenient location, all pull up spaces here FYI!

The staff at this location are great. Ms. Tea Williams always has a smile on her face whether you are in the office or see her as she's making her rounds cleaning or simply checking the property. She is a stellar employee and always professional. This storage facility is a bit pricey however the location and customer service of the staff makes it all worth it.
