The older gentleman that works there named Mike deserves a raise. He not only got me squared away on my loan plus more, he showed me so much caring compassion as I had just gotten threatened and screamed at by a different pawn shop for asking if I could plug in my camera to prove it works. Mike made sure that I FELT better before I left.. Not just made sure that I got my loan. Mike focused on every aspect that I needed and I will forever be grateful for his kindness. He did everything he could to distract me from what just happened at the other shop, he reassured me constantly that he will take care of me, and continued to apologize for a complete strangers actions. Mike kept telling stories and making me smile and laugh as he worked on my loan. I will never forget his compassion. And I will never go anywhere else besides USA pawn. I cannot express how amazing of an experience it was for me thanks to Mike. I left happy, smiling, stress free, and shockingly not upset anymore about the previous incident which is not usual for me! Mike worked his magic and I am forever amazed by his kind actions and words. I really could go on and on about how happy I am with him but it'll be a novel if I don't stop now.

Most employees at this location are very helpful and courteous they will always try to work with you and have an amazing layaway service sincerely the public

Always have had an overall good experience when I bring in an item to pawn. Exceptional prices for products being sold, but keep in mind usually good prices for quality items will affect the appraisal of your items you bring in as well when trying to get the most out of your valuables.. 
On the other hand I feel customer service can be just as important as the product/service a business is selling, called a few minutes ago and was honestly surprised by the help I received, given it being a busy time of day, and looking back could've probably just searched for that pink slip to find out the same info.. None the less the employee was more than happy to give me the information. Inspired me to write a review which honestly I never take the time to write a decent one. So overall USA Pawn has my business, and will continue to do so, and would recommend checking them out if passing by!

These people suck at their job and that is not understatement. I ask for my stuff back since I had pawn my items and want them back. No these guys lost my items then they lost my family's items. They clearly the worse company in the history period. They pretend to care but they don't. If it was there stuff it would be different. Go somewhere else to pawn unless you want it to disappear or have them sale it. They did this twice. I let it go the first time but these people don't seem to care. I didn't miss a day of payment either. DON'T GO HERE I PROMISE

Best USA Pawn to shop at if you're into guns. (Sadly they don't sell hand-guns anymore.) 
Cullen is extremely knowledgeable about firearms (He almost got me to buy two, instead of the one I came in for.)
