This is one of the largest Sears store left on the Portland area. It is located on the Clackamas town center. It is two stories tall. It has a large inventory of products in every department. I was looking for a certain household appliance. The manager was working with me, she told me up front that she was out of her comfort zone. She found another sales personnel that had the answers I needed. Thank you.

My grandmother purchased this Kenmore Refrigerator from these crooks on the 11/27/17, but did not have this crack appear until 12/7/17. Because it was not reported within 72 hrs, the company refuses to do anything about it. Now my grandmother, who is living off a very small income, is stuck paying for a fridge that is damaged. Any other company would have looked the extenuating circumstances of the issue and saw to it that the customer was satisfied. We WILL NOT be buying from these low-life crooks again!

Worst Customer service i have ever had. After Placing My Order Online, Scheduling my appointment online. After showing up being refused the install. They said i needed to call their corporate office. I did this without hesitation, I was in there with order in hand, ID and the payment has cleared my account. The phone support has been Zero help in this. Could not find even with my order number. This is unacceptable! After getting the all clear from some team i was eventually able to get in touch with, My order was mysteriously canceled..... Very disjointed in this from a major company.
