Friendly and understanding personnel.  Back in 2014-2015 when I was working in PHX & found it difficult to make it down to Tucson; the manager worked w me when I wasn't able to make a payment by the due date: giving me a grace period. Thanks to this I was able to recover several items including family heirlooms.  
Unlike BLANCA'S which unfortunately was the first pawn shop I did business w/ in Tucson &  due to payment being one day late lost jewelry, they wouldn't even give me a chance to buy it back; saying all gold gets melted down  :(  -this would not have happened had I taken my gold to USA PAWN ... Now I know

I pawned something here and it worked, when I got it back I had them check it to make sure it was still working and it doesn't and that won't pay for the part to get it fixed. Question is how did it break when it was in working order when I pawned it, but now it doesn't?
