Didn't get to meet Mr. Lawrence due to him having surgery on Tuesday 12/2/2017. Wednesday 12/3/2017 I started orientation without any worries and was excited about getting started and back on the road. Antwone was the class instructor and was very nice just as Robert the safety manager was. Everyone there was 100% just awesome!!! Come Friday we were getting trucks issued and waiting on drug screens to come back and I was the last one which was and is what USA Truck does when people in the main office in Vanburren, Ar don't finish your paperwork and background they just make you sit and wait. And all that stuff should be complete before you get the okay to attend orientation. But NO!!! They call me into the office and the gentlemen named Michael, head of orientation in Vanburren proceeds to inform me that a misdemeanor has showed on my background and they can't hire me. WHAT!!!! THE F!!!! Is what I was saying out loud! A freaking little misdemeanor which will be off my record come July I couldn't believe what I was hearing. If it were a felony and id hurt or killed someone yes then I could understand. Anyhow, ive got a total of 25 days to hopefully get a judge to withhold adjudication and then they will hire me and I can go to ATL and get my truck and want have to attend orientation again.

Great people! Mr. Lawrence: great instructor! Tells ya like it is! Really wants the drivers to be successful. Mrs. Shyra Johnson: as sweet as she can be. True people person. Mr. Antwon Williams: what a character! Funny guy. Down to earth everyone of them! Will solve your issues the best they can. The realest people I've met through a trucking company. And this is my sixth! Terminal is in a great area for food and entertainment, also for lounging if you need a hotel. I'll be back multiple times!

Even though there's not enough mileage to make decent income, they are nice and equipment is new and well cared for.

Good enough company that I came back as a rehire contemplating going back into the training program haven't made that decision yet
