not happy at all, usaa made unauthorized changes to my home owners policy, sent higher bill to my mortgage company, then informed me after the fact. Then has to call usaa change back to where it was, which that amount plus the 25% additional home protector feature comes out to more then the unauthorized changes usaa made and was less by more than 200.00 per year. Spent two days lunch breaks on the phone to fix the unauthorized change because Thats the only time i could call do to work. Never thought that as a veteran who served honorably in the USN that usaa would make changes without my okay and spend the money I work 60 hours a week for as they seen fit. My mortgage company as well as myself were happy with the current coverages before usaa decided for me how to spend my hard earned money. Needless to say, time to shop for a new company, even if I have to pay more, atleast that would be a decision I made not usaa
