Never able to go above and beyond for the customer. If they don't know an answer or how to do something they just say sorry and that's it. No trying to get the right answer to try to remedy the situation. Worst customer service I've ever had with usaa and I've had them for close to 4 years. This location is the worst. Also how do you not have a cash drawer at a bank? You can take my money but can't give it back to me unless I go to the ATM? I need a specific amount not a increment of 20. 👎🏼

I run two auto body shops, and I have dealt with USAA several hundred times. Other financial and insurance companies have totaled vehicles which could have been repaired, while I have seen USAA cover severe damages. I coordinate with them weekly on all of our mutual customers, and they are always happy to help. Having been in the auto repair industry for a while, this company is at the top of my list for insurance and financing. USAA is one of the few companies who has advertising I believe.

Never had one issue with USAA. Now for the first time a problem has developed. Now, it’s not a big issue for some but for me, it unfortunately was. Now I am stuck in a bind. It’s something that definitely I can get passed, but now I have to endure pain that I had planned to avoid. Then... all they can tell me is we apologize, have a nice day? Really? Well, we have annotated it in our notes. I should have gone with my gut and gone with someone else. Just really upset with them right now.

It's really annoying when u pay bills and the charges show up and then disappear and u don't notice it gone and then it'll reappear when the funds aren't there and makes u go negative. This happened several times. When one looks at their balance that should be correct and funds should be taken out immediately and stay out not put back and then retaken it makes bill paying and planning so much more difficult cuz u think u paid everything and a week later u look at your balance and u think it's that. But u go buy food or something and then a day or 2 later u look at the balance again and it's negative and one of the bills u pay disappeared then reappeared after awhile

This bank has become increasingly difficult to work with. They are there for you when you want to give them money or borrow money but as soon as you have an actual issue nobody does their job. I'm not talking a double charge or an overdraft. I'm talking about lost paychecks and refusal to do right by the banking client. Maybe they are trained to act naive or ignorant, I don't know. If you can bank elsewhere you should... for convenience and peace of mind. I've removed my insurance and as soon as this issue is resolved I will be switching to Ent.
