I ordered a bridesmaid dress online after getting measured by a professional and following the size chart posted on their website. When it arrived it would not zip....by a good 4 inches! When I called them they refused to exchange it for a different size. They were no help whatsoever, and basically told me I needed to buy a different size from them. No way!!!! I will never order from them again and will tell everybody I know NOT to buy from them!
