Why can't you get a direct line to the front desk like you used to? Every time I call my case worker it goes to voicemail and then I don't hear back till the next day most times when it's just a quick simple question I need asked. She gave me a card from our last meeting with the time & date of our next appt; I lost it and called her yesterday to find out when the appt was, she called the next day, also the day I found the appt card, saying that she didn't have an appt at all for me but I had a card saying otherwise. I didn't want to drive the 1/2 drive and have her gone for the day or something and I simply couldn't ask someone at the front desk. So frustrating!

Service sucks and they treat you like scum of the earth have no effort to help those that truely need it. Biased,discriminating,unethical,unprofessional,investigating people that don't need it and handing out to those that clearly should not have benefits. Get real people help THE UNITED STATES BE GREAT AGAIN....WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS MAKE NO EFFORT TO EVEN TRY AND HELP WENT THERE AND LADY I NEED TO MEET WITH AT LUNCH WAITED HALF HOUR NOW THEY SAY O SHE HAS A CLASS
