A feel good government agency, that doesn't really help the community a whole lot but uses a lot of tax payer money. As an employer, almost all the referrals for employees that I got from here only wanted their paper signed that said they were there, so they could continue to get their unemployment, food stamps or not violate the terms of their probation. If you really are looking for a job, this isn't the place to go since most employers look at their prospects as not someone to hire. As for the other services they offer here, again not that productive. Staff is nice though, and really tries to help. They are just subjects to the government red tape.

Very clean and very helpful employees. Although they don't know their cover workers very well. I say this because several times I've said, "oh I spoke to so and so (who was a man ager) and the employee I'm speaking to work together k own who. I'm talking to. Another example is I'll call in and ask to speak to someone and they will have no idea who that person is. I also found out that they do not have a company directory and use Google Voice Chat to communicate which is a very good chat program. However the only use first names within toooheyhe app. So like yesterday I had some pressing information I needed to relay and despite my many phone calls and voicemails to that particular employee I still could reach her. So I called in to speak to a live person at DWS in Spanish Fork. First off it takes a very long time to get through to a live person. So be sure once you start working with someone to get their direct phone number. After 15 minutes I finally got through to a man and he couldn't even locate the employee I was looking for on Google Voice chat. Therefore he couldn't find her email even. Other than that DWS is a great company that provides great services for the community.

Employees are very helpful and lots of computers available for use.
