Rude. No customer service. Get there before 4:45 cause they’ll close early! I called in at 4 o’clock to get the DMV email address to send documentation to them and tell them I’m coming for a simple temporary registration. It’s a Thursday. I roll into town at 4:50 and try calling again just to let them know I’m gonna get there really close to 5 and apologize for being so close to closing time but, as it turned out, they already had the calls forwarding to voicemail, calling it quits early I guess. I arrive at the interior office door right at 5:00 and it’s locked and all lights are out while 4 employees sit at there desks with no customers inside - three working on their computers and the fourth one organizing the items on her desk for a moment before gathering her purse and other things. I get it, it’s closing time, we all want to go home at the end of the day, no one wants to work late. But the part that’s really rude is that I knocked on the windows and everyone pretended as though I wasn’t even there. I was pretty sure one lady even looked at me. But no one responded in anyway. Not even a wave or a ‘sorry our computers don’t let us process transactions after 5’ or anything. Pretend you didn’t hear the knocking? Really? The best part is that I went back to my car and made a couple phone calls only to see two of the girls come down to the entryway and wait for at least one 20 minutes for a ride while I was on the phone! I left so who knows how long they were there, but really though, you didn’t want to help someone who showed up right at closing time, I get it. You send your calls to voicemail before you’re actually closed. And you ignore customers even when they’re there in person? You pretend they’re not even there?! We just had a holiday on Monday, it’s already a short week! Come on, people. At least have some decency and respect enough to acknowledge a person who’s very obviously trying to get your attention. Even if you do want to be strict about it and refuse to serve them. Just tell them. All four of you should be ashamed of yourselves. And your superiors need to teach you some human decency and respect. Two fundamental things that should’ve been required for you to be hired in the first place.

I had a helpful and fast experience. Thank you for being nice and explaining things I didn’t know about registration and safety inspections even though you all probably do this over and over you were still kind.

They are great IF you go in. Don’t try to call them though. You get a phone tree that just tells you to call someone else.

The lady that took care of me was very courteous and friendly. I believe her name is Ana. The service was also fast.
