Very poor experience. I had a growth taken out of my leg and it wasn't stitched up correctly I no have a scare the size of a dime on my leg. The billing was also a nightmare. I basically did all of the work for the billing department as far as contacting the insurance and everything. I wouldn't go here again.

Dr. Gill is an extraordinary surgeon, but I also had issues with pain medication. I had my gallbladder out, was discharged less than 12 hours after the surgery and given 1 day's work of pain medication. This was Christmas Eve, so I did not get a call back from the surgeon on call and had to go see my primary care for more than a single day of pain medication 2 days later. I was in a lot of pain for those 2 days. Timing with the holidays was just bad luck, to be fair. But his staff and Dr. Gill himself treated me with nothing but respect, did a great job on the surgery and would be completely comfortable letting him cut me open and remove more of my organs if I ever need that done again.

Worst experience in my limited health care experience. For the first time in my very healthy 37 years I need some help and Dr Hill not only didn't provide it he was insulting, arrogant, and refused to listen to my concerns and effort to provide more information. He clearly wasn't interested in me, my health, or helping me in any way. I spent less than five minutes with him and he provided his diagnosis within the first 30 seconds after asking one question (when I first noticed the symptoms). I've never been so disappointed and disgusted with a "professional". Find another surgeon.

They did a great job on my surgery, but what would make them 5 stars in my book is having a doctor or PA on call 24 hours (taken in shifts) since: I had my surgery early this morning; the painkillers fed through my IV were so strong I didn't feel any pain until this evening; but the downside to that is I didn't really get the option to test out my prescriptions until I can't get ahold of anybody to update them and the max dosage isn't working well enough for me to sleep so apparently I get to either pay $200 to visit the ER (including waking up my wife-mother of 4 young kids to drive me there) or I can just stay up all night until 8 am when I can go in & get something strong enough to sleep. 😤

This place is amazing. Dr. Frances' nurse is the best. Very kind and helpful, i am so glad i went here.
