I wish I could give them less than one star because they don’t even deserve this. Only provider so you’re forced to work with them. Not only are they over priced but they double charged me and I’ve had to jump through hoops for the past month just to get my money back. The level of incompetence is truly amazing.

Over charge for electricity because they are the only provider in town. Make their living off scamming innocent people. Absolutely disgusting.

Some of the most difficult billing companies I have ever had to deal with. Clearly lazy workers because I called at 1 pm to pay to have my power turned back on they never showed up thus leaving our house with no power for a day and a half

Awful company. They do not care about their customers. Never heard of a power company that will not work on payment plans with customers. Customer service agent is rude every single time I've talked to them and does not care about their job or your problems. If I could get my electricity somewhere else I would.
