Every time they make me an appointment with a doctor for sime reason they always go on vacation causing me to be rescheduled 3 months down the road. I told them i was suicidal and it took me 6 months to see a doctor. When i finally seen one and told him i wanted inpatient treatment he told me they couldn't do anything until at acted out sudical intentions.

WOW! 22 year Veteran, recently separated due to low disc degenerative disease. Called this office, entered SS# for new patient and appointment. Replied back that I had no appointments, press 1 for new patient or # to end call. I pressed 1 again, and again. Pressed 0 for operator, invalid key entry. Welcome to retirement!

I had the same problem with no one answering the phone. But eventually I got through, and when I did they treated me very very well. They accomidate me, they cared, and I got wonderful quality medicine. Ive never been treated good by the VA but this one treated me like I mattered. Thank you!

No one ever answers any line. Tried contacting another va clinic to ask some question related to my healthcare and they stated that they get multiple complaints everyday about the bryan/college station va no answering any calls or giving an option to even leave a voicemail. The va system is still a joke and nothing has really changed to fix it. All they do is check an item in the box to tell themselves they've done a better job not actual change.

I tried calling in to schedule an appointment to the normal phone number because I could not find the card for my dr and it just continues to ring and ring and ring. It finally picked up and could hear the phone hung up on me!
