Always fast and responsive. My doctor, Kim Hageman, is the most thorough I have ever had. I never have to wait and when I call; they always pick up on first ring. I had to work with the office on a billing issue and they resolved it right away. Last year, I crushed my foot in an accident; they saw me immediately and did the XRays right there so I didn't have to go to the emergency room. I read a couple of negative reviews on this site and was very surprised ... I've been going here for three years and I've had nothing but positive experiences.

I went to this office while growing up. I was a kid, so what did I know about good care? Now, I am a mother of two and I started taking them to MFP as I did when I was a kid. If I had to guess, in the cold season of 16-17, we have made close to ten trips. Every time, the "healthcare professionals' tell you "Its viral, get some rest, pump clear fluids". If I wanted this advice, I would ask my mother who is not trained in medicine! There have been times that I take him to Georgia walk in clinic and they take further steps and one time (when he was one), they found he had pneumonia when MFP told me it was "viral" and sent us home. My youngest son who is now 2 1/2, has had persistent lung issues since birth. I have always sworn he had asthma. They always said he was too young to test. Referred me to the Pulmonary Specialist at the hospital. They diagnosed it as Acid Reflux, prescribed him adult omeprazole in a capsule and an albuterol inhaler. I will just say that I have successfully given him two doses of omeprazole in a whole year. Because my insurance does not cover the child friendly, tasty version of the omeprazole. I went in today, appt at 3:45pm. Checked in at 3:25pm. Nobody in the waiting room. People come and go. 4pm rolls around, we finally got taken back. Nurse does vitals and the Doctor (whom I would love to name drop, but I wont) comes in promptly with medical student. I was not asked ahead of time. The med student starts with her questioning, very awkwardly examines my son. The doctor that should be overseeing her leaves with the nurse.. So finally, the med student goes to find them, 10-15 minutes later the doctor and med student return. They sit down to say that everything I have explained to them was not justified to the omeprazole being the issue and sounds "viral"... I said that I still wanted the omeprazole changed if possible and that I didn't mind paying out of pocket (if reasonable), since this is a medication my son should in face be taking and he cannot because it is disgusting granulates from a capsule that I am shaking on his food. He knows it is there. Plus it says on the bottle not to chew. Therefore, I cannot grind it up either... Anyways, Dr. looks to me and snaps that the omeprazole is not the issue. Then proceeds to ask me what I was there for and if I was expecting them to give me a magic pill that would make everything better...? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Where is the professionalism? I was willing to pay for the prescription. Not be asked a question directing that I'm uneducated.. Plus I have missed way too much work for people to continually not have suggestions or answers. This was pure disrespect to a mother trying to figure out what is best for her child. I listened to them, but they did not respect what I was saying or asking for and they were blatantly rude to me. Needless to say, I took a Records Release form on my way out and I will be finding a new pediatrician. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY ENEMY.

If you're even bitten by a tick that has been confirmed to have Lyme disease by a facility that tests ticks for Lyme, don't go here. They will do absolutely nothing. Sorry, I didn't mean nothing. They'll ignore you, they'll be really short, have an attitude and want to get off the phone as quick as possible, cut you off while you're talking to them and leave you frustrated and pissed off. On top of that, it's impossible to talk to an actual doctor. You have to call and talk to a receptionist, who will then talk to a nurse, who is supposed to talk to the doctor, who will tell the nurse what to say and then the nurse is supposed to call you back. I called at 10:00 am and didn't hear back from the nurse until I called 2 more times and then it was at 5:30 pm that I finally heard from them. This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen! If there was a way to take away stars in the rating, I would take all of them. They deserve less than nothing. I'll be searching for a new doctor and I strongly recommend that you find somewhere else to go. Unless you like to be miserable. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to anywhere else. Even the sketchy shack in the middle of the cemetery with the guy that the local kids call "The Ax Murderer" would be a better option. He'd probably listen. Ugh, in order to post this I have to give a star. Just note that this star counts as the most negative star that a star can be!
